Terms of serviceBEFORE ORDERING PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
- When you decide you want to order a commission from me send me a note on dA, send me a message on tumblr or email me at: wiinterfox.commissions[at]gmail.com
- Your note/email has to contain a clear visual reference of the character you want me to draw, the type of commission you want me to do and your PayPal address, unless you're paying me with dA points. If you decide to send me an email you should also provide your username.
- I would appreciate it if you would provide me with a prompt. Those can include desired background, poses, expressions, themes etc. and even songs.
- If you want to get a custom adoptable from me you need to read the Design Rules.
- Please note that I am allowed to decline any commissions if I do not feel comfortable with what you want me to draw. Please check below to see what I will and will not draw.
- If you are rude or in any ways disrespectful during the commission you will be blocked or blacklisted.
- After your commission has been accepted, all payments have to be sent via invoice to my PayPal account if you decide to pay with money or I will set up a commission widget on dA and you will pay through that (1USD = 100points). I will not start your commission until I receive the full payment, unless agreed otherwise.
- You are allowed to ask for WIPs and progress reports.
- Also, note that I am going to university this year and I might take a long time to finish your commission. Because of that, you are allowed to cancel anytime you want and you will receive a refund, unless I'm almost done with your commission.
- You are allowed to do whatever you want with the picture as long as you give me credit, don't claim is as your own, draw over or edit it, resell it or use it for commercial means.
- After the commission is finished I will upload it to dA and maybe some other sites unless stated otherwise, but you will have to let me know in advance, so I would like to ask you not to repost any of my art without asking me first and/or giving me proper credit.
- All of my pictures will have a signature that I will not remove.
I WILL DRAW:
- animals
- dragons
- fantasy creatures etc.
I WON'T DRAW:
- humans or humanoid characters*
- nsfw (gore is fine)
- machines, robots, etc.*
- anything I'm not comfortable with
*note: I am really bad at drawing them and I don't want you to pay for something and then get a bad picture.

Design rulesIf you decide that you want a custom design commission please send me a note containing the following information:
- Name*
- Gender*
- Species
- Markings
- Colour theme/palette
- Accessories*
*optional
YOU ARE ALLOWED TO:
- Change the design a little bit (add new accessories, change the markings a bit etc.).
- Reupload the ref, but please give me credit and link to my original ref.
- You don't have to give me credit for the design in every picture, but please do it at least on the first picture/ref you draw for the character.
YOU ART NO ALLOWED TO:
- Claim the design as your own.
- Resell the design for more than the price you paid for it. If you commissioned art from it, you can add the price you paid for the commission to the original price you paid for the design.
- If you do resell the character please link the new owner these rules and then link them to me.
I generally don't really care what you do with the design. I just don't want people getting money off of my designs. |
