All artwork obtained through these services are free to use as the customer sees fit for any non-commercial use. Please give credit where credit is due.
You may share and post art you have purchased, you may also make minor edits and adjustments to use it for profiles (example: cropping for banners, resizing for avatar and/or icon) so long as there is an initial post displaying the full piece with intact artist signature and clear, easy to understand credit given.
Time to completion varies based on commission type but in general a standard commission will be completed in 1-2 months. A more detailed time frame will be given for projects and art that deviate from this usual expectation.
In general, most standard commissions will start with a base sketch and various concept work that will be sent as WIPs for you to review and discuss. Once the concept is approved the line art phase will begin. Depending on the project, more WIPs may be requested, though keep in mind they are not needed since corrections and edits are always available before the piece is finalized. This is more about communicating to you and showing you the work that is being done.
Termination of Agreement:
If you have to cancel a commission for any reason please do your best to communicate such. I understand things happen and don't judge but I do expect the mutual respect to handle these situations as swiftly as possible.
Be honest and be clear, then we can find the best solution for us both.
I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel any commission at anytime where upon refunds will be issued if applicable.
Rude and unreasonable behavior will not be tolerated.
If no work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund.
Commissions that have not received approval beyond the concept phase are entitled to a partial refund. All sketches and WIPs will be presented to you and your commission will be considered a sketch commission to reflect the price change.
Commissions that have been approved but not finished will be considered for a partial refund if they are not close to completion at the time of cancellation. The price will be adjusted according to work completed.
Commissions that are close to completion are not entitled to a refund when the bulk of the work has been done. Work will be considered completed and turned over to the customer.
If you are on a waiting list or commission queue and have any questions or simply want to check in, please use FA notes or DMs on Discord if applicable.
Do Not interrupt art streams, chat discussion, VC calls to ask about art. Do not comment under FA submissions/ journals unrelated to the subject of commissions or use the shout feature to ask things that are best asked in DMs.

Every client is welcome to request commissions with certain content/kinks be part of our privacy list.
This means you will have the following options:
A. Request the artist leave you anonymous when posting the commission.
B. Request the artist send you the completed art and not post it anywhere public.
This service is only available to extreme content and/or niche kinks.
