I reserve the right to adjust prices based on complexity of request

I reserve the right to take as long as necessary to complete an image, I will provide all the necessary updates as my commissioners require.

I reserve the right to refuse your request.

I retain copyrights to your image unless you pay an agreed upon buy-out. Keeping copy right means I reserve the right to make and sell prints at my choosing. Should you wish to negotiate something with me, Im flexible.

If you choose not to keep an original traditional piece then I reserve the right to resell the image at art shows.

There are some things I wont draw, ask if you're unsure.

Please provide adequate references otherwise I cannot guarantee a solid product

For most pieces costing more than $100 I require a deposit of 50% or more upfront, the rest upon completion or agreed upon time

I reserve the right to alter the price quoted on an image for reasons of complexity.
