TOS:
1) Any and all unpayed work will not be the property of the client until a full payment is made. If payment is never received or out-right denied in a similar case explained in 5b, the work can/will be available to other clients, members, and fans to either buy or receive for free.
2) The sketch will be done within a week, and an additional week for the finished product (1-2 week delivery) Updates on the artwork can be requested given I've had a meaningful amount of time to work on it (do not ask more then once a day). If special circumstances occur that will push back the delivery time you will be notified of this event.
3) Artwork can be used for personal use (given it is not edited or traced)
4) All commissions and tips are non-refundable.
5a) If paying through Ko-Fi, payment will be accepted up front once you accept the form.
5b) If paying directly to paypal, different conditions apply:
Payment will be requested when the final clean sketch is finished. You may opt out of the commission before or when you receive the clean sketch before you approve it. If payment is refused but you do not clearly opt out, the sketch or any work done will be conducted as indicated in (1) after 3 days. This applies to all commissions payed through PayPal, except sketches that require payment upfront. |
