(I created them for a reaason) • If you don't have enough money it`s not my problem (I realy don`t care). • Exept I offer you a deal (only for people I know and trust) • I retain the right to decline a commission for any reason. • Please be patient, I'm a human being and also have a another life , I work at my own speed. • You can check your artwork status and progress on Trello. • I am allowed to use the artwork for my own personal advertisment and galleries. • I have the right to change, extend and rephrase my Tos anytime . • I do generally NOT ACCEPT ARTTRADES ,RESERVATIONS OR HOLDS! • EXEPTIONS: If I agree on an arttrade it must be fulfilled within 1 week or less. If the arttrade has been declined I keep all rights on the created artwork by myself. If a delay happens you need to contact me immediately. • Full payment is required before the customer will be the Original File. • I have NOT A Printer, if i have to print the badge this will cost extra & Shipping cost extra (Shipping cost are NOT INCLUDED!) ! • Legal court is for any and every lawcase the "Bezirksgericht Flawil, Bahnhofstrasse 12, 9230 Flawil". Every and any lawcase must be brought to this court. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 2. Characters and reference sheets • Preferred is a digital reference sheets,if possible flat colored. No shading. • I will not work with Second Life or other in-game screenshots as references or traditional reference sheets (traditional except with digital colors). • Please send me the original reference sheet to my e-mailaddress: nasuke-chan[at]hotmail.com (with the highest quality possible, I take no guarantee for any quality loss). • The provided charakter has to be legaly your own (exception are presents for friends but this character must be legaly his and the present must be for him) • Charakters belong to their respective owners! • Must be full body reference and must have at least one full front view, or side view if the character is symmetrical. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 3. Payment , Shipping and Printing • If you don't have enough money it`s not my problem (I realy don`t care (still)). • Accepted payment methods: Paypal only. • Full payment is required before the customer will be added to the queue. • A payment plan can be discussed for items exceeding $150 (but payment must not exed 2 week of lenth in total otherwise it can be canceled without any further notice). • Full payment is required before the customer will be the Original File. • Changes to the work while in progress or if completed will result in additional fees. • If I don't feel able to make a comission for any reason/s I have the right to cancel it, a refund of the already payed money will be done. • Shipping cost are NOT INCLUDED! • I have NOT A Printer, if i have to print the badge this will cost extra & Shipping cost extra (Shipping cost are NOT INCLUDED!). ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 4. Art Progress and Deadlines • I usually don't take deadlines. • Queue can be found here:★ Trello ★ • The customer receives a sketch for approval, during the sketch phase you can request up to three changes. After 3 changes and no approval the comission will be declined and the sketch can be auctiuoned off to the public. The rights of the sketch belongs to the artist. • Work can take between a week up to several months to complete based on queue length. • I am obliged to give the customer an up date after a progress has been done. But it can't be demanded. • sketches and updates (any state) will be done on an lower quality to prevent myself against art theft. • once approved I will continue on the next phase. • when the picture is completed you will recieve a high quality version via E-Mail from me. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 5. Customer and artist rights • Customers retain the right to upload their completed commission with the following requirements: • Credit must be given to me. • DO NOT remove my watermark. • The Customer is obliged to read the TOS and accept them. • I am not responsible for wrong crediting. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 6. Adoptables • If you don't have enough money it`s not my problem (I realy don`t care (if you still havent got it, it means NO)). • Accepted payment methods: Paypal only. • You must own the purchased character at least 3 Month before you gain the right to resell it and need to add at least 2 more artworks to sell it with profit. • Who pay first will be served first. • For the adoptables there is NO RESERVATION OR HOLD! • Don't ask me for an arttrade, a charactertrade, any other payment methods rather than PayPal (unless it is offered). • If an adoptabletrade is not completed within 1 week (artwork or simular), the offer will be canceled and released for another person/auction/offer/ect.. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 7.Permission for resale • You must own the purchased character at least 3 Month before you gain the right to resell it and need to add at least 2 more artworks to sell it with profit. (Yes copy paste but you should got it the first time already) • If a resell has been done you need to inform me about the owner change ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 8. Cancellation and customers right for a refund • The customer has the right, to cancel a commission at any time (for refunds see point 9. Refund regulation.) • If a commission is canceled, the customer will not be entitled to get the WIPartwork (Work In Progress). The artist alone retains the right to keep the WIPartwork (Work In Progress) and right to it. • A full refund will only be issued if a sketch hasn't been approved. • When you decide to cancel a commission you will get a part of your money back depending on the already done work (see point 9. Refund regulation.). ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 9.
