GENERAL:⁃ You must be 18 years of age (or older) to commission me.
⁃ I reserve the right to decline or terminate and refund a commission for any reason.
USAGE:⁃ I retain all rights to my work, including the right to publish and advertise my services using commissioned artwork (not including private commissions) at my own discretion.
⁃ Commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
⁃ For example, the client can use their commissioned artwork for profile photos, banners, character galleries, and other similar non-commercial displays, all I ask is that you provide credit (@wuff34 on all platforms).
⁃ The client is prohibited from producing any kind of monetary revenue using my work directly.
⁃ Private commissions will incur a fee of +20% of the total cost.
PAYMENT:⁃ Payments are taken up-front via PayPal invoice in USD only.
⁃ I can do payment plans for commissions $250 or over.
⁃ A 40% non-refundable deposit is required for payment plans.
⁃ I will only start a commission once it is fully paid.
⁃ For payment plans, I will start after the deposit has been paid.
⁃ If your commission remains unpaid for over 24-48 hours, your slot will be cancelled and reopened for a different client.
⁃ No edits can be made after the sketching stage of your commission.
⁃ I will correct any mistakes I make, at any time, free of charge.
⁃ I do not offer refunds after progress has started.
⁃ If I decide to cancel the commission, I will personally issue the client a full refund.
🖒 will draw:✓ Any species, body, gender, queer, trans, intersex, and non-conforming characters.
✓ Most kinks/fetishes (especially pet play and other BDSM related gear/furniture/themes).
✓ Erotic blood, gore, and violence.
✓ Everything else should be okay but feel free to ask about your idea if you’re unsure!
🖓 won’t draw:✗ Any hateful, offensive, or discriminatory content, includes characters with transphobic fetishistic labels (i.e. trap, cuntboy, herm, futa, etc).
✗ Characters that are (or appear to be) underage, incest, or diapers.
✗ Scat/flatulence, rape, abuse, inflation, TF, hyper, human(oid) feet, micro/macro (size diff. OK).
