Terms of Service(TL; dr: read everything in bold white)
-You MUST be 18+ years old to commission art from me, yes even SFW art im very NSFW
-Keep in mind that i am first and foremost a Scalie artist who primarally draws Female's and Herms, i do best with and enjoy most drawing (Anthro AND Feral) Dragons, Kobolds, Snakes, Sharks, Lizards, Reptiles, Aquatic and other scalie and or smooth characters, i do however draw (most(see ''No's'')) other species even onces i havnt drawn before and Male's, but note it will likely take longer as im having to pull references and such to make it look right
-Payment will be requested via Paypal invoice after the rough line-art is done for your image
(you will be shown the rough line-art that was drawn to your specifications if you refuse to pay you will not be able to commission me again and the line-art will be used for a different purpose (ych/another comission)) you get 10 days to a month to pay depending on situation if something goes amiss.
(please refrain from commissioning art if you live paycheck to paycheck art is a luxury you have to be able to afford)
-you will be updated and asked if anything requires changing after (rough?)line-art is done and after color is done (and whenever you ask/whenever i finish drawing a portion of it for the day)
-payment will be requested in $USD
-No Cub/underaged<(could draw cute non-suggestive SFW stuff), weird fetish characters, humans(human faces), Aged up show or game Characters/characters from specifically targeted towards young children games/shows or mlp ponies
-i wont draw most forms of anal penetration/foreplay as it somewhat grosses me out too =w=
-No weird fetishes like (anal sex/oral, scat/piss, fart, gore, vore, very-hyper-stuff/severe obesity(chubby/extrathicc is fine), pregnant(nsfw), unbirthing, vomit, air/liquid inflation, incest, etc/ask)
-Yes fetished like (Size play(given both characters are 18+), Abdominal bulge, moderate Cum inflation, bondage, rough sex, etc/ask)
-A reference must be provide-able as im not being payed to design your character if you DO want me to actually design your character to your specific specifications that will be +20$ on top of the price of your commission
-Lest its a very complicated commission commissions will be done in 1 to 7 days(usually 5-7) of paying as i spread out the stages over several days for the best possible result if its a very complicated commission (2+ characters/background/+multiple edits) not longer then 2 weeks if everything goes according to plan if its somehow not done within a full Month your eligible to a Full Refund Unless the delay is on your end(does not extend to edit versions of the main piece), please note that your commission will also be voided if you ask for a full refund(this all ofcourse is failsafe if i do ever not finish something within the alloted time since the longest i've taken on a commission was 15 days this shouldnt usually come up unless i meet my untimely demise or something in which case its out of my hands good luck :P)(does not apply to comics)(if you ask for a refund before this you will Only be refunded the % of work left on the image + tips if any)
-must have the person give permission to me to use there character if not yours unless fan character from a show or game, not telling me its not your character is a breach of the TOS and i am not responsible for any backlash that might occur, the owner(s) of the character(s) can send me a note if they wish for me to take down/move to scraps any art containing their character(s), most generic-looking pokesona's and alike are exempt from the latter cause you cannot own the original pokemon and alike designs
-you will be invited to my Discord Art channel after which updates will be provided through PM's (lest you want to go by FA notes)
-can be SFW or NSFW im primarily a porn artist but im not against doing cute n SFW stuff
