By purchasing a commission / receiving art made by me you're automatically accepting these Terms of Service.

BEFORE THE COMMISSION
If you desire to post the commission out of this site, please credit me. Optional linking to my profile, but please credit the author.
I do not start a commission until I am paid in full, unless an agreement is otherwise worked out between me and the commissioner for large purchases.
If the customer has chosen a payment plan and could not complete it for any reason, I will not refund the paid part.
If you choose a payment plan, you will receive commission updates, but you will not receive the final version until the payment plan is completed.
If you want more detailed, complicated, or armored outfit/character design you may be asked for additional payments.
If no description or wishes have been given, I will be taking artistic freedom.
If you need to keep the artwork private in the course of time (gift for a birthday or other holiday), then specify the time when ordering of the commission.
I accept references and if no reference sheet is available I will accept artwork as long as it shows all details you want represented.
You can't use my art for commercial purposes.
Do NOT edit or alter my artwork without my explicit permission.
You are NOT allowed to use the art created for you for AI.
NO refunds.
I as an artist retain all rights to created artwork. I reserve the right to repost, use and sell created art in digital or physical forms. Profits won't be shared. You agree that I may sell higher-resolution files and WIP stages of your commission as part of image packs, Patreon rewards, or similar.
Ignorance of the rules is not your excuse.

HOW DO I WORK
1. I will discuss all the details with the customer before the payment to find out the exact price for the commission. If the customer wants to change the total price, we discuss the changes for the commission until the customer is satisfied with the price.
2. I will send a PayPal link/e-mail for payment
3. After the full prepayment or the first part of the payment plan, I will get to work and I will send the sketch to the customer for any changes.
4. After approval, I will make a flat color and show the result to the customer again for any changes.
5. After that, I will work on shadows and rendering. This is a big process and usually I don't send this work process to the customers unless they have asked about it.
6. I will send you the finished work for final changes and approval.
7. Done!
