Terms of Service.

Please make sure to read. (My first time making a terms of service)

1.All contact will be made through e-mail at Zanascraft[at]gmail.com or through Fur Affinity.

2. Please have a clear digital or picture of a clear drawn reference sheet of the tail or sona

3. I retain the right to post pictures of each completed commission to show in my gallery.

4. Please remember these are yarn tails. I may be i unable to do complicated designs.

5. All payment will be done through Paypal through "Pay for goods and services". Which will be given once the price has been agreed upon.

6. For payment i will require full payment upfront in order to to hold the spot in queue and/or start the commission.

7. Refunds can only be done if the tail is not yet complete. If the tail has been started or the materials have been bought you will only get 70% of the refund due to cost of materials.

8. Prices are subject to change.

9. I reserve the right to refuse your commissions for any reason. Please note i will always do my best to work with you.

10. When purchasing from me you agree that you are 18 years and older, or that you have a parents consent to purchase.

11. Weekends are my days off. (Saturday and Sunday) I work throughout the week with my normal job and working on the tails. So these days will allow me to recuperate and I will generally not work on the tails these days.

12. If you back-out/ do a charge-back after starting I am allowed to adjust/sell the tail as a pre-made and you will have no ownership of the tail.

Nubtails

My nubtails are 7-9 inches (yarn stretches) and can be made with a wiring inside.

Prices:
1-2 color nubtails are $25.
3 color nubtails are $30.
4 color nubtails are $40.

With wiring inside.
2 color $35
3 color $40
4 color $50

Each tail is made with %100 Acrylic yarn. If you would like to add a wiring to the tail to keep it's shape/be pose-able it will add $10 to the total.

These tails take about a week to make and some designs may not be possible with yarn.

1ft tails

These tails are generally 1ft, sometimes slightly longer by an inch due to yarn stretching.

Prices:
1-2 colors: $50
3 colors : $55
4 colors : $60

These DO NOT come with wiring inside.

Each tail is made with %100 acrylic yarn.

These tails can take a week or longer to make and some designs may not be possible with yarn.

2ft tails

These tails are generally 2 ft long, sometimes slightly longer by an inch due to yarn stretching.

Prices:
1-2 Colors: $70
3 colors : $75
4 colors : $80

each tail is made with %100 acrylic yarn.

These tails can take 2 weeks or longer to make and some designs may not be possible with yarn.
