O R D E R I N G ◦ Clients will need to use the suggested handles to communicate with ZaviTamani ◦ ◦ ZaviTamani will handle all communication between themselves and the client ◦ ◦ ◦ Clients will provide descriptions in English and/or references to facilitate the commission ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ Clients who commission ZaviTamani have declared that they will pay for their commission in full ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ZaviTamani accepts Paypal and USD only ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ZaviTamani will send an invoice through Paypal once negotiations of a commission is complete III. T U R N A R O U N D ◦ ZaviTamani retains the right to vary the workload and length of time to complete work ◦ ◦ ZaviTamani will keep clients updated on a preferred platform ◦ ◦ ◦ ZaviTamani will provide small edits during work in progress to ensure completion of artwork IV. D E L I V E R Y ◦ Final artwork will have to be paid in full before its delivery to you ◦ ◦ Final artwork will be given in high resolution, 72dpi and in formats of .PNG and .JPG UNLESS its stated otherwise ◦ ◦ ◦ Clients can request different specs and resolutions for additional fee ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ Final artwork will be given with a signature on each piece ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ Clients will receive their finalised artwork through email only V. C O P Y R I G H T ( 1 ) Artist ◦ ZaviTamani retains all right to any created artwork ◦ ◦ ZaviTamani retains rights to her characters ◦ ◦ ◦ ZaviTamani retains the right of distribution of created artwork - FurAffinity, Twitter, Pixiv, etc UNLESS its agreed upon for anonymity ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ZaviTamani will not further profit from existing commissioned artwork and/or use the contents for unfair monetary gain ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ZaviTamani retains the right of promotional purpose - marketing and public relations UNLESS its agreed upon for anonymity ( 2 ) Client ◦ Clients cannot claim any created artwork as their own ◦ ◦ Clients cannot use commissioned work for commercial purposes UNLESS its discussed and purchased under license with ZaviTamani ◦ ◦ ◦ Clients retain rights to their characters and not counterclaimed by ZaviTamani ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ Clients retain the rights of distribution with attached credits to ZaviTamani still visible ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ Clients are able to modify the commissioned artwork with attached credits to ZaviTamani still visible ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ Clients are able to gift artwork for a fee VI. P R I V A C Y ( 1 ) Artist ◦ ZaviTamani reserves the right to privacy and anonymity with communication will be left to a strictly professional level ◦ ◦ ZaviTamani reserves the right to delay a commission, with non-disclosure on the details for the delay ◦ ◦ ◦ ZaviTamani retains the right to store cliental details and use it solely for the purpose it was collected for ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ZaviTamani will uphold privacy through the Data Protection Act 2018 ( 2 ) Client ◦ Clients reserves the right to privacy and anonymity with communication will be left to a strictly professional level ◦ ◦ Clients reserves the right to request anonymity on their artwork ◦ ◦ ◦ Clients retains the right of data protection and to request its removal from any databases kept by ZaviTamani VII.
