Price based on size of what you want made, complexity in design, additional materials needed (such as bamboo handles, corks, pour spouts, etc), and if art is applied to the piece itself or solely simple glaze designs. Prices range from $5 to $100 but usually are between 15 and 30 a piece. Price negotiated during commission planning stages. Shipping rates apply.
Options: White, Red, or Black Boddied Clays available as well as Agateware. Red and White are best for having art added. Black makes for some interesting color or natural stoneware pieces. Agateware is combining 2 or more bodies of clay so they have a neat effect of showing a mesh of both colors. Reference will be added for all types here shortly. The Sample image is in red bodied clay. |
