If you commission me, you are agreeing to this.
Terms of service
1. I retain the rights to my work.
2. You may not remove my signature in any work you get from me.
3. You may not further edit the image without permission. (If you get lineart from me, you may color it but please dont have other artists do it.)
4. If you lose the image after receiving it, I am not responsible for keeping a back-up. I WILL try to, but please, please, please, save it onto your computer as soon as you receive it!
5. My style is anime-like, and generally cutesy. If you want something realistic or something serious (unless you want it to be cutely serious), please go to another artist.
Rights
1. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason. I do not have to tell you said reason.
2. I will retain all copyright to my artwork, even when characters contained within the work belong to the commissioner. It is in my right to post, distribute, copy, reproduce, etc for sale or promotion (I will always ask before doing so, though.)
3. You are free to post any commission done for you to a personal/public gallery, so long as credit is provided.
4. I have the right to post the art where ever I want. However if you do not want me to post it publicly please inform me at the start of the commission.
5. You have permission to alter/crop/edit/etc your commission for websites, banners, signatures, icons, etc., as long as credit is given.
6. You have permission to make prints/copies of the image as long as it is for personal use and no profit is made.
Contacting me
1. Prefered method of contact is through the note system on FA, or you can message and ask for Discord or Skype.
2. If wanted, you may contact me via e-mail at Zora_Lynn[at]yahoo.com . Please note I will have later replies if you e-mail me.
3. If you're waiting on a commission and you want an update, please wait a week after the last update before asking for another. I don't want to leave you in the dark, nor do I want to be hounded by you, as it kills my inspiration to work on your image. This does not count if there is deadlines!
Deadlines and Turn-around
1. I do accept deadlines, though I ask for at least 2 weeks in advance. THIS DOES NOT MEAN you can commission me for a 10+ character full colored picture with 2 weeks’ notice. For bigger pieces like these, I ask for at least a month in advance.
2. For big pieces with deadlines, I may charge extra, depending on how complex the piece is.
3. Turn-around is between a day and 2 weeks (if it takes longer I will be sure to keep you updated), if a deadline is not set and depending on the piece. This does not count for larger pieces. I will let you know the general turn-around for a piece, just ask!
Working Process
Depending on the artwork ordered you will be updated at certain times.
For regular images, you have one of two options:
1. Pay up front. When I send WIPs, they will not have watermarks on them.
2. Pay part of the price upfront, and the rest later. I will not give you an unwatermarked version until I am fully paid.
You must pay atleast part upfront.
This is how the process for regular images, chibi, icons, etc:
1. Discussion of payment. You send refs, etc.
2. I get started, I'll generally show you WIPs at sketch, lineart, flat colors, and full colors.
3. You WILL have to pay extra if you dont mention changes before the flat color stage.
Meaning: If you say the sketch and lineart are completely fine, and then I send you the flat colors and you ask me to change something major in the lines, I will add on to the amount you pay.
Also, if you have multiple changes in the sketch or lineart phases, I will add on to the amount you pay. (This does not count if I cant get something right. If you want the tail to be made longer, and I make it longer, and you still want it longer, I do not count this.)
4. I will not send you an unwatermarked version until I am fully paid. I am fine with sending you a watermarked version of the finished piece before you pay.
Once I am paid, I will send the picture to you in whatever way you please (e-mail, by posting it on FA, etc.)
What I Will Need!
1. A clear visual reference to work from.
I can work from text, but it will cost extra for my time.
2. The general idea of what you want unless I am given artistic freedom (please note what artistic freedom means if you want this)
3. Your e-mail if you want me to e-mail you the finished picture.
Payment
1. Payment is to be sent in US Dollars($) only.
2. Paypal only.
3. Payments will be invoiced.
Refunds
If you wish to cancel a commission:
1. That I have already started you will be charged for the work completed so far and refunded the rest. (ex: if you have ordered a full color and I have completed the lineart when you cancel, you will be charged for the lineart and refunded the rest. You will be given the lineart.)
2. That has not yet been started you will be refunded completely.
3. If I cancel at any point you will be refunded completely and receive any WIP.
4. I will not refund a fully completed piece.
5. If I offer a refund, and you decide to not take it, you may not come back after 24 hours asking for said refund.
Will Draw
1. G-rated to adult. (nudity, sex, etc)
2. Gay, lesbian, straight, herms, males, females, etc.
3. Various fetishes.
4. Anthro
5. Any questions, ask! Will add more.
What I Will Draw but am not Great at
1. Cubs/diaperfurs in clean situations.
2. Small machine parts (mechanical arm, etc)
3. Vore
4. Watersports
5. Human
6. Quad/Feral/Taurs
7. Ask! Will add more.
Will Not Draw
1. Scat
2. Inflation.
3. Graphic blood and gore.
4. Complex machinery or obscene muscle.
5. Feral porn or genitalia on ferals.
6. Copyrighted characters.
7. Anything I think would be overly offensive to someone (rude,or vulgar).
8. In styles that aren't my own.
9. Ask! Will add more.
If there is something you really want and its on my no list you can ask and we can disscuss it, but if its something I am greatly uncomfortable doing, please respect the word "No."
