Sil in what would be typical tack in Talma. Just...on a bigger scale, fff.
Sil's draconic walk is based on a horse's Pace; unless he's being lazy in which he usually just does a very slow four-beat gait (and tries not to topple over since he's so front heavy, hff).
Pretty sure he got dressed up to catch some fancy male's attention. :3
