Well Novali is a cat demon, his eyes are on his tails and they dont blink cause of the thin misva layer covering them. Novali can create this material called misva and manipulate it. Its like lavender mist but it can also be solid on occasions.

Redesinged him too a bit, his eyes were on his ears, looked weeeeird, and the markings were numbers. Also bit lightened his colors.
