"Lumen form has the ability to levitate and is his preferred method of traversal, though he still enjoys stomping around and will often do so, as levitation consumes energy. He commands the enigmatic power of light through the six wisps that are constantly in his presence, using gestures or simply his mind to move the wisps how he wishes. He can even use them to produce wings, which he uses to properly fly, or just look intimidating. His personality is adjusted so that he quite enjoys riddles and has a craving for hard candy." -Classified report on the LUMEN anomaly.
Weird form fact: If Lumengandre is within an area where there is substantial moisture in the air, like after a rain shower, he and his wisps will leave faint rainbow trails upon movement.
...and that is Lumen form. Probably my favorite form. I based the overall look off of one of my favorite FF characters; it really helped me recapture the sort of mythical look that my character kind of lost recently. Hope ya'll enjoy~
