Weird Form Fact; Nimbusgandre has so much static electricity running through his hair/tail that he can recharge a battery by rubbing it in his hair/tail for a few moments.

...and that's Nimbus form. Nothing too much to it, hehe. The only thing I don't like about this is that right leg...but ehh. I can sense the fart jokes from a mile away.
