Healthy Cucumber-Tomato Salad
1 large cucumber, cubed
1 -2 medium tomato, cubed
1/2 small onion, chopped
fresh basil, chopped
garlic salt
pepper
1. Add cucumber, tomato and onion to a bowl with a cover.
2. Add garlic salt, pepper and basil to taste.
3. Seal bowl and shake.
4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
