Something I sketched to wind down after an evening of working for my new Portfolio. Not all happy with my progress on it, but it can't be helped. I need some sleep unfortunately :b

So yeah ... what are those funny goggle-things for Hopps?

It'd certainly be interesting to see slightly grittier images of life in Zootopia with a hint of light humour in as well.

Well, bloodhounds are out of Zoot because they're too human. Lots of species would probably make good PIs though. Nick did list an excellent sense of smell on his application ^^

Oh I got that part. Just... yea. I mean unless you're raiding 'white kangz' den then, you might not need it since it's probably gonna be plenty bright and your flashlight can handle a closet or six.

It's funny that you'd post this tonight. I was talkin' to a good friend of mine who's a fellow Zootopia fan, and we were discussing the possibility of a Division-like scenario where some terrorists unleashed something like weaponized rabies into one of the metropolis' boroughs. No doubt the ZPD would have to kit up like this and get ready to earn their overtime checks and hazard pay.

Yeah. I actually sort of missed them digging on those natural advantages they have. Now that I'm typing this though, I figure they probably left those out to not send mixed messages about equality and differences and all that ...

Nah, It is most likely a night vision goggle set up as she would have to have some kind of mask using tear gas. IIRC the gun is loaded with giant tranq darts?

I haven't either. I'm just speculating based off of iPoke's earlier work and the fact that similar military Spec Ops set ups use swivel mounted NVGs

Alex has it right on this one. It's a regular NVG hook on her helmet. The tranq-dart-launcher I just came up with to the context of the first trailer, so not related to the actual movie.
