For those of you who like the tsundere catbird.

I enjoy finding logic in the illogical, here instead of mixing the usual falcon or eagle, I went the secretary bird route. They already have the sweptback head like in the cartoon and those extra-long sparse feathers are bent forwards to form the 'bangs'.
