Tammi’s “cheek” pouches are very stretchy, and can easily fit a whole person around Tammi’s size, perhaps even a little bit larger. However, they don’t always remain right in her cheeks: they actually run down the sides of her body! So when she stores something that’s too large to fit in just her cheeks, it stretches down her sides.

These pouches run subcutaneously, so if her prey is not huge and laying relatively still, it may not be obvious that someone is in there! Tammi’s fluffiness already makes her look chubbier than she is, and this exacerbates the situation, making her look downright hefty even though the weight is not all her own. She is much stronger than she looks, and can easily carry around a full-sized prey in each cheek without arousing any obvious suspicion (though she’s not going to be doing any sprinting.) She could possibly even carry around more than one prey in each cheek if they were small enough, though Tammi is not the largest predator out there so that doesn’t happen all that often.

The “cheek” section of her pouch is still the stretchiest part, and she can stuff an entire prey in there. This allows her to easily transfer a prey from her storage pouch, to her mouth, and then down her gullet without them ever actually seeing the light of day.

Tammi is an opportunistic predator, and she hates not knowing where her next meal is coming from. If she sees someone who looks tasty, is the right size, and she’s got room for them, she’ll cram them into her cheeks to save for later, even if she’s just eaten recently.

This means that if you run into Tammi on any given day, there’s actually a pretty good chance that her cheeks will be full of prey. Many of her friends who are not aware of her predatory inclinations (she doesn’t keep it a secret, but she doesn’t exactly advertise it, either) assume that her appearance when carrying prey is just her normal figure. She also tends to buy clothes that will fit her “full” figure and will look baggy if she’s not holding any prey. This often results in friends asking if she’s lost weight recently.

Squirrels are her favorite food. She’s also dating a squirrel. No way that’s going to become a problem later.

Tammi is a lesbian, a fact that her conservative mother would probably greatly disapprove of. So she’s still “in the closet” as far as her family is concerned, but she’s excited because, as a freshman in college, she’s away from home for the first time and has a chance to experiment.
