Based on the descriptions given earlier, the black spots are magic focus points. Vix's entire body (bar a few tiny spots) is her focal point. I imagine Vix has less magical capacity than Fen, but has the magical flexibility to make her potential just as strong. Nice to see an adult comic that goes into this much depth.

In the ToT universe, using magic requires an inherent connection to one of the five known (or the one unknown) magic realms. This affinity manifests itself as a focus point, which is a part of the body with a coloration that differs from the rest of the body (eg. hands or tail tip). The color of the focus also shows which realm one could tap into.
As for Hadalen (void) magic specifically, the focus has to be the tail tip. Somehow Fen is able to use her hands as well, and that contradicts Mistress' teachings. As for Vix, she doesn't actually have a focus, as Fen pointed it out at the beginning of Chapter 3. How she can actually use magic is a mistery.

Not quite. But being the quiet person in a school full of malcontented, rude and obnoxious kids means you hear a lot of things you wouldn't normally. Also picking up on news stories of gangs of school children using sexual favours as a means of entry into the group (or as a bargaining chip for 'protection'), which was a widespread news story from a couple of years ago. As I mentioned on another comment, this kind of thing comes from parents allowing their children to play adult games and giving them free uncontrolled access to the internet.
Though for someone so young to be that strong that does say great things about her future as we saw. Also if her mom is a MILF, I am not going to say to the kid that I going to tap their mom. You got be civil, romantic to the mom, gotta get on the kid good side.
