You just know there's going to be that one overzealous traffic cop in the beat-up clunker who wants that coveted promotion any way he can, and has his sights set on you.

XD You know, if he has legal documentation proving he's beaten these kinds of charges before in court and recevied the approval of the judges in those rulings, then he could explain things to the officer with said documentation and basically say, here it is. Do you really want to run me through this all again and waste the tax payer's money on the same song and dance?
Found some youtube videos recently where stuff like this happened to a driver who had a sports car with yellow headlights. He cited state law and his own previous legal ticket disputes when talking with the cop to let him know he was in the wrong this time and that it wasn't the first time he'd been stopped for this kind of charge. I bet the officer would back off right quick if he saw that kind of documentation from Avery.
Also, it seems to me that centaurs may need to petition the government for laws governing their unique mode of locomotion, given the fact that they can't really fit in any vehicles normally, which makes any mode of transport to, say, commute to work, impossible without paying someone else to drive them while they sit/stand in a horse trailer, which I don't think any centaur would enjoy or approve of. If anything, that would probably be deemed a strike against their rights.
Of course, I'm just theorizing here.
