So, I figure I should probably comment on this.
Wow, that is deliciously sexy :D
And yes, it's okay to make foot shots without tickling :D Many of us tickle fetishists also seem to be foot fetishists... and those foot fetishists that aren't tickle fetishists will enjoy this picture, too.
Incidentally, tickling was how I got into feet XD Strangely enough.
But yes. This guy, hot. Almost as hot as his video game counterpart :3

I have had a lot of back story's during this pics short life about how people have either got into feet or tickling through various interests and means.
I feel like an odd ball to say I have always been into feet and tickling ever since as long as I can remember and cant imagine a time when I have not been... Its interesting to say the least.
Would it be fair to assume that King Koopa has your second slot or is there another in-between these parallel characters?

I can't remember NOT being into tickling, either.
Actually, King Koopa doesn't have my second slot, strangely. He's in the midst of the 3rd-10th slots that tend to constantly shift around.
My second slot also shifts around, between Sajin Komamura (Bleach), Wargreymon, Wolf O'Donnell, and probably a few others I'm forgetting at the moment.

Well if ya gotta go, that's a heck of a nice last view to have. ^^; There's one suggestion I'd make on this one - plump up his toes a bit. When you consider the volume of his claws, the toes look thin around them. The top of each toe would sorta plump up in a bit more of an oval...ish shape, otherwise there's little padding to walk on or surround the bone's transition to the claw under the skin. *rubs head* That or I'm just way over-thinking this and should go to bed. XD
Aye - they did seem more like that in the cartoons, though it varied from time to time. I think it came down to how much (or little) the animators cared about detail vs. just getting the frame done. The newest models would be kinda hideous in that case - but again, probably a time-saver to do that for animation and computer games. :/
