Lian Hua's faction
Strong, capricious, domineering, and ruthless, Lian Hua the "Queen" is the most famous, influential, and powerful woman in the city of New Tidevault, besides she is also the only person who regularly travels between the floating cities aboard her massive airborne platform. Many believe her influence and authority stem solely from her lineage: her family has, for generations, held the monopoly on the tidal and solar technologies that power entire nations. But that is only part of the truth.
Lian’s ambition and intellect have propelled her far beyond the energy industry. The Hua lineage now controls the diver port, the largest submarine parts and repair factories, the vast hydroponic farms, and much more. The city may claim to be a democracy, but everyone knows the truth: Lian is the absolute ruler, and no one even bothers to pretend otherwise. Every life in New Tidevault depends on her, and with a single command, she can destroy anyone, regardless of their status, in countless ways.
Despite having no real need for bodyguards thanks to her implants, which surpass any technology available in the city, Lian enjoys the presence of her personal escort: two cutting-edge combat robots, customized to her exact specifications.
Yin, the black-plated android, is quiet, submissive, and nearly invisible. She avoids conversation and fades into the background wherever she goes. Yet her role extends far beyond personal security; she is Lian’s spy, data collector, and strategist, overseeing information networks with cold precision.
Yang, on the other hand, is the complete opposite—violent, impatient, and merciless. She follows Lian’s orders without question, as well as those given by Yin. Her appearance might suggest restraint, but that would be a fatal mistake. She is a killing machine, focused solely on swift results, utterly indifferent to collateral damage.
In New Tidevault, there are laws, politics, and institutions—but in the end, all roads lead to Lian Hua.
