Neo is a childlike and curious alien ghost who comes from an icy, watery moon planet. One day, Neo accidentally crash landed onto earth with two other aliens; Saturn and Phobos, who he now shares an earth home with. Neo works as an artist and using his human form "Nick" he sets up shop around the city taking commissions for paintings.
