*"True exhibitionism" is a term I coined because most comics and doujins tagged as exhibitionism are actually more about outdoor sex, while I consider true exhibitionism to be about sexually being nude in a setting where it's normally regarded as unacceptable to be nude, such as on the streets.
This theme also focusses more on the nudity aspect than any sex involved, outside of maybe masturbation, and also tends to focus on the character's thoughts and worries/excitement about being caught. Also usually focusses on only one character.
