Background: Lacey and August have been the best of friends since they met in highschool. Lacey was a junior and August was a freshman, and even though she graduated before him they stayed very close. August always admired her tenacity, and in a way she's a role model to him, too. She loves roller derby and is obscenely good at it. She rarely takes her skates off.

Personality: Lacey is a very confident and determined person – when she has a goal in mind, she works hard to achieve it. She also loves to have fun, of course, while never losing her sense of better judgment. Being a perfectionist is one of her biggest problems, as she gets stressed out easily when her work is done poorly or incorrectly – due to this, she also tends to judge other peoples' work rather harshly.
