Q: How is FYS pronounced?
A: Just as though you were saying the letters. "Eff-why-ess."

Q: Okay, but what's the deal with her name?
A: It's a pretty dumb story! When I first came up with her, I didn't make characters in the same way that I do now, and I didn't have a personality yet. As a result, she didn't have a name, and I just referred to her as "female hyena Slither." Over time, that was shortened to "fem 'yena Slither," and then eventually just "FYS." Later, when I developed her into a full character with a personality and backstory, I had already been calling her FYS for so long that it felt really weird to change it, and it stuck!
