An AU that takes place around roughly the early Tudor period in England. In it, Sunday enters into the employment of the gruff and cold "Doctor Best," an older stag who has little interest in sharing his name or backstory with anyone. The runaway daughter of the Baron Formal, Sunday is more than happy to not ask any questions as long as he does not, either.

Largely, this takes place over the years as the two go from employer and employee to mentor and apprentice. They both grow closer until eventually the torch of being Doctor Best is passed onto Sunday (which is how she becomes Sunday Best in this AU).
