I require full payment up front for commissions.
If you are an established commissioner already with a few works under your belt done by me, we can spit it into two payments if need be. Just ask & we can discuss.

CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING NSFW COMMISSIONS
NSFW themed commissions are taken on a case by case basis. Please only inquire for examples & pricing if it shows I'm open for them above. Obviously this is for those who are 18+ only - which means I will need to see valid ID for new NSFW commissioners before any NSFW commission discussion.

▪️Super Detailed Cityscapes / Buildings
▪️Long, Detailed Comics
▪️Animal Abuse
▪️Pretty much any situation I deem uncomfortable

I'm big on sending plenty of WIP's during the sketch stage of any commission so I can make sure we are on the same page & I'm understanding what is wanted. A lot of the time I will send WIP's during the coloring stage as well just to be sure all is going to plan. Please don't hesitate to let me know if something isn't quite right!
If, after the final approval, you notice something you missed, failed to communicate on, or wanted to add, there could be an additional fee depending on what it is.
Lastly, I will always fix any errors or mishaps due to forgetfulness or misunderstanding on my end, no matter the stage the commission is in.

I reserve the right to decline any commission if I do not feel comfortable drawing what is asked of me or even for an undisclosed reason. I hold the right to refuse explaining why I declined a commission (though in most cases I will offer an explanation). I will not ignore you if I decide to not take your commission! You will be privately messaged with or without reason as to why I won't take your commission.

I RESERVE THE RIGHT OF COPYRIGHT ON ANY & ALL ART PIECES THAT I HAVE CREATED & WILL CREATE
You are not allowed to repost my art for sale or to collect royalties on my art, unless a deal or contract has been made between myself & you. This does not include simply selling a character to a new owner that includes art I have done of it.
Commissioners are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork received from me for non fungible tokens (NFTs) or to edit/recreate with AI or used to train AI. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens, cryptocurrency, or AI is strictly prohibited. If it's discovered any of my commissioners are using my art for any form of NFT or AI, &/or advertising or profits associated with NFTs/AI, the commissioner(s) will be barred from any & all future commissions.

Will you hold a commission slot for me? I get paid next week!
I don't mind putting you into my queue marked as 'pending.' But keep in mind if someone comes in & asks for a slot & pays, they will be ahead of you in line.
May I repost my commission I got from you?
By all means, YES! Showing off your art I made for you is one of the greatest compliments! You may repost any art I make for you wherever you'd like - just please make sure proper credit is given.
Can I ask to be drawn with any of your characters or just your character on their own?
Of course! As long as it doesn't include any of the No No's listed above in the Will Not Draw section. If you're just curious on where an idea falls, just ask!
What's the best way to contact you for a commission?
I normally take commissions via Telegram, Discord (TeaFinch), or dedicated journals here on FA.

💬REFUND FAQ💬
Disclaimer - If no work is done, a full refund will be given. If partial work is done, only a partial refund will be given.
You've taken too long on my commission! I want a refund!
I require a grace period of at least two months before you ask for one, but that's in incredibly rare cases. I am very transparent with my commissioners. If something is going on, I will usually tell you about delays promptly.
Something's come up & I need a refund!
Understandable! As the disclaimer states above - If I haven't started the art piece, I will give you a ful refund. If I've already started, a partial refund will be given. I understand life happens but I will not work for free.
My commission isn't done right! I want a refund!
I send WIPs for most if not all of my works. Sometimes several WIPs. (Holiday Specials & Themed Events don't usually have approval stages before being finished due to usual creative freedom of the content.) If the piece is completed, that means it went through several approval stages before getting to that point. A refund won't be given simply because you changed your mind. As stated above, I will fix any errors I have made to the best of my ability, even in the finished stage.
