No Inktober this year :'(

Hi there ^^
I'm coming out of some hard, sad and depressive weeks, that is now in the past and I feel much more motivated to move forward (I explained that on my twitter and my telegram channel, I forgot to mention it here), however this made me lose a lot of time and I have fallen behind with my commissions.
This year I wanted to return to inktober but, unfortunately I'm having money problems right now, and I have to focus a lot on the commissions and try to complete them all as soon as possible to open commissions again indefinitely, since I will use a waiting list system in the future.
I'm glad to know how many artists are motivated this year in the inktober event and I wish them all good luck, I'm more in favor of creating my own prompt list or use other people's prompt list, and not doing this kind of events only in October, it could be in any month of the year, it's a very cool challenge and practice and I hope one day I can afford to do one again.
About commissions, well, I have been delayed a lot and I apologize for that, right now I'm finishing completing slot nº06, and as soon as I finish I will start with slot nº07, I will also try to work with 2 commissions at the same time to speed things up a bit.
Thank you for the patience of all those who are still waiting to be attended, I feel very fortunate to have a community and friends that have supported me so much in all these last weeks and I'm speechless 🥲 thank you very much, you give me a lot of strength to move forward, a big hug to all! ^^

I always thought that these things would not affect me, because I used to be very optimistic, I always put a good face to bad times... but things happen and you can't always do that... and the only thing left to do is to mourn that pain, you know?
I know what you mean - I’ve always been very much a person to not worry about things out of my control, and that helped me stay realistic and at times optimistic. But so much through the pandemic has been out of my control, and the weight of that has had an impact, I think. You’re right - it’s hard to be always optimistic and sometimes all you can do is work through the pain.
I'm also very impatient and sometimes I forget that I'm still starting to be a freelance artist, I still need to learn a lot, mature and improve with time.
I just hope that things go well with my work, because if they don't... I feel like I'll be lost... and what I fear most is that, losing myself, losing those I love and appreciate... friends, family, disappointing people...
And well thank you very much for your words man, really, thank you very much for everything ^^ I'm looking forward to work in your commission and give my best effort with your characters ^^
