My pc get old

About my pc is old, well my pc case is really small and old, is sure left side but not right side for motherboard.
Motherboard is maybe 1 year old, same the cpu.
Graphic card is soon 5 year old and is a zotac geforce gtx 1060 mini, know is a 6GB. Idk how long will survive for my graphic card and they i have dust cleaning if not happen for game crash(but yeah they has game crash from steamvr with playing Half-Life: Alyx)
Well is sucks because want new pc, but i can't.
