I've wanted to get art done for so long, but I jsut don't know who to commission for what. Mainly, I want some help designing and creating some character OC's with reference charts as well. Any suggestion on who does good anthro and feral scaly designs? I've been looking around at a few different artists, but I want to hear what you, the people who have commissioned anybody before, or who have a favourite artist with commissions currently open, have to suggest!

I know, lazy me for not picking one myself, but I just haven't ever done this before and I want as much information going into it as possible.
