You answered your own question - it's SERVER local time...in other words, it doesn't match because you don't live in the timezone the server is located in.

I think the page is wrong lol, because I believe the server default is PST which is UTC -8. It matches my time no matter what I change it to and I'm located in California.

I also believe the server time will fluctuate depending on which node serves your request. As far as I know it's centralized so that shouldn't happen unless there is a misconfiguration somewhere... but I could be wrong.

Oh yeah trying to time YCH ending times based on FA's clock(s) is hell. For me the posted-when times on comments and journals etc are an hour off too, aaand "2 days ago" text appears when it's been like 40 hours or something, not at 48 hours like it should.

Something i try understand too. I give up. Best way what i see so far:write down your own time and what timezone you be. Best way so far.
