I'll say that telegram groups for Washington furs are at a weird premium, as there's plenty of furries up here but extremely little in the way of cohesive community and events. Still, here's some places to check out:
Pacific Northwest Furry Housing - what it says on the tin, a place to advertise availability or seeking housing.

Puget Sound Furs - one of the larger, if loose collectives for the area, with a focus on the Seattle/Tacoma area. This group is a good jumping off point for people new to the state.

Furry Telegram Groups - At the moment there's about a dozen Washington specific telegram groups listed here, with various degrees of SFW-ness. If you can't initially access the site, poke the "@ furlistbot"
