Eep! No kidding! I had a very similar experience with a wasp when I was ten. I didn't actually go so far as to have the poor thing in my mouth, but they had fallen down in a cup of soda and I very nearly took a drink before noticing. Not fun! I'm glad neither you nor the bee were harmed, though!

This is why I always carry at least a napkin or something to lay on top of my cup/soda can in the spring/summer, if I have to put it down for a moment.

Ah, the joys of warmer weather. I haven't gotten a bee in my drink in a long time, but I do get stink bugs sometimes. They've been a real plague the last couple of years! Glad you didn't get hurt, though, and that the bee was okay, too. *Soft, protective bunny hugs.*

Yeah I hear you. I was stung in the neck by a bee in college and didn't even realize it until I felt the bee's wings on my neck. Eek! Maybe the mouth would be different, but hopefully we never find out sksksksksks xux

I used to have that problem in Texas but mainly with wasps. Good thing you weren't stung. Hmmm now I wonder if there are any Bee Eater Griffins.

A sting in the mouth, even if not allergic could be Seriously Bad.
A friend of mine highschool got stung in the mouth, in the back of the throat to be more precise and had to go to the hospital, not because he was allergic (he wasn't) but because the soft tissue inside his mouth began to swell to the point that is was closing of his airway. 😮
