I would like to apologize to all those that have been waiting patiently for the chibi chain project to be finished, but i would like to make it up to them by turning the project into a halloween group pic. for those that still wish to part of this post what your character will be dressing up as or if u just dun want ur character to dress up. please leave 1 or 2 references to the costume so i can draw it as best i can.

NOTE: THIS IS ONLY FOR THE CHIBI CHAIN PROJECT PARTICIPATES, How ever incase a few of them wish to drop out i will open 3 additional pending slots.
