Animated Commissions

First of all, as we enter November I hope you all had a happy Halloween yesterday. We didn't have trick-or-treaters, or even Halloween decorations, so it pretty much went like any other Sunday night for us.
Second, as some of you may know, I have been thinking about doing animated commissions, as I would love to see characters like Amy bunny and Tacki animated. The problem is, how should I approach pricing for such a commission? One thing that occurred to me was that I should charge either $1 per frame, or $12-$24 per second. What do you guys think?
Third, I still have several pending commissions to work on, so please don't ask me for any more commissions until the queue is cleared. I have kept my clients waiting long enough; it's high time I got to work finishing what I owe them.
Lastly, here is the current queue:
GammaEradon--1 2-page comic;
00aa--1 six-character flat colored commission;
ChespinBeefeater--1 8-character commission.
