⁉️ I need IRS/Tax help ASAP

This sort of stuff breaks my brain.
I have a situation. I can't CALL the IRS. Their system says it's too busy any time I call.
There doesn't seem to be an office to help me in my area either.
H + R block is a useless waste and have only made my issues worse any time I've used them.
I am reading endless BS with no clue as what to do, no CLEAR direction, and I am just sitting here thinking I'm gonna have to quit freelancing/art because no one cares about this fucking hole I live in and have been in cuz every time I reach out for help - no one can help me or they just shuffle around and don't actually help me.
HOW DO PPL EVEN DO THIS!?
The IRS website is NOT helpful. It sends you in endless loops, conveniently avoiding your actual questions. TTnTT
