I do a lot of transformation stuff, so I always go with correct anatomy, It just looks natural because the animal is suppose to have it, and you get better feel for the animal.
It just looks weird when animals have the incorrect cocks, especailly when it's a human cock.
You wouldn't put a Reindeer penis or Snake penises on human, so why put a human penis on reindeer or snakes?
if the artist can do It right, I always appreciate anatomically-correct, but there's certain species that do appeal to more people with a human-like one.
If it's gonna be a Twinky and/or subby anthro, I say go for human for maximum likes, if it's a stud, go for anatomically-correct.
Matching, for females too.
I don't care about the appeal/atractiveness or whatever, I like design consistency. And my characters are about the person behind, not the audience enjoying the view or not:P
