A new Deltarune chapter dropped! For free even!
I highly recommend it. If you enjoyed Chapter 1, Chapter 2 is more of the same, gameplay wise. I'd even say Chapter 2 is a little easier thanks to at least one quality of life change. The story is a bunch of fun, expanding on the relationships developed in Ch 1 and introducing a couple other characters from Ch 1 that get some great development and some more juicy lore tidbits.
The plot is fun and filled with jokes and there's even an alternative genocide style route if you want something darker/edgier.
Highly recommend it and no, you don't need to play Undertale at all to 'get' anything about this game, it's more or less its own thing with some shared character designs (in fact some characters are very different personality wise from their undertale counterparts)
