FB Account was hacked (Old news but plz read)

A few months ago, the human account I used to manage my FB page was hacked. A human friend was hacked and messaged me. I'll give you the template to the messages so that you don't fall for it as well.

Friend: I need help.
Recipient: Yeah
Friend: Im locked out and could only use messenger. Plz send give me code sent to your phone

After that, I lost my human account that managed it. That's why I haven't been posting on there but will be other social medias like here, Twitter, Tumblr (don't use very often), Flickr, etc. Please don't fall for the scam as I did.
