It's bad
Big, muscly dragonboi; would it be agreeable to have the bulge Helix makes when he's in that belly to be practically nonexistent until he struggles? I mean, Helix isn't all that big, and the bulge he makes on most of the preds is quite out of proportion anyway; why not go the other way?
Heck, why not make two versions of Paladin Elroy? One with the big belly, one with the small, muscly belly, after he gulps Helix.
