Console Updates....

OK long story short, today I wanted to game a little but hadn't turned on any system for months some in years and every place i turned, Updates Required...
I swear I spent all my time updating games and consoles today I didn't feel like gaming once I was done.
This may sound like a old man argument but I despise modern consoles and their reliance on Updates and online connections.
I think that is why i feel no rush or need to get the next console, why so i can wait around some more or need an update or patch to play a game which should of been ready to play at launch.
I have no company loyalty as they don't care one bit about me just what I can pay them.
OK I'll stop for now, but damn updates suck monkey butt.

Yeah I miss those days where u buy a game on a cassette or cd, pop it in your gameconsole and gametime! No installation downloads or waiting for patches n updates what soever.

Never gonna see that again, especially since they trained generations to be OK with unfinished products and overpaying
