Howdy everyone,
Just wanting to make a quick sweeping update to inform ya'll that I tested positive for covid this evening. I will be trying to rest/recover. So far my symptoms are pretty minor, but I understand they could worsen if not managed carefully.
This came as quite the surprise seeing as I've been fully vaccinated, wear double masks everywhere in public, limit/social grouping to outside exclusively and rarely leave the house besides to the barn.
However, I'm going to take this in stride and do my best to recover quickly. Worse still, my sister is visiting from out of town--and though we used precautions prior to her arrival (and during her stay)--we're hoping it's been enough to prevent her from infection also. She'll have to stay another 14 days at least, until I am no longer infected. OTL
In the meantime work may be a little slower but I will still try my best to finish projects/orders in a timely manner. I cannot express enough how much your patience and understanding during this time is appreciated.

But so far my symptoms have been minor (probably thanks to the vaccine) and I'll be working as much as possible within reason!
Good excuse to get delivery though! ;)
I got it back in August myself despite being vaccinated, too. Worst I got is some mild coughing and very briefly lost my sense of smell before going to bed but regained it after waking up, so chances are that it shouldn't be too bad for you either, hopefully.
Get well quick! It'll be alright.
Of course I still rested not taking the chance. Stay safe.
