Consider this:
If you go into the store with a dollar for a bag of chips and you find the bag of chips is actually worth 3 dollars.
You attempt to convince the store clerk to give it to you for 1 dollar but they refuse. "They cost $3"
This does not mean there is a "chip shortage"

Employers are finally learning they need to provide an actual living to their employees.
And I am a first-hand witness to how high the morale and productivity skyrockets when your employees WANT to do a good job for you.
I only hope more follow so the world can see the hidden power of the workforce when they aren't miserable.

If you're hurting for a job right now, be strong.
Do your best not to let them steal your life for the bare minimum like they did me for so many years.
If you do your job and do it well, you have options now, and you deserve to live safely for working more than half your life.
