I NEED HELP!!!! I SLIPPED AND FELL AT A GAS STATION!!!

To anyone who who cares///reads this my story begins this past thursday the 15th. I had just finished watching Toy Story 1 and 2 in 3D with my mother and brother we left the movie theater and drove over to a nearby Gas station. My mother asked me if I could pump the gas I obliged and she handed me her atm card.
I opened up the car door and stepped out of the car thats when the trouble began I ended up stepping out onto a BIG Gasoline puddle and slipping down onto the ground I did however manage to grab the door handle but that only slowed my fall a lil bit.
I landed on my left side hurting my arm//it being sore and my clothes soaked up some gasoline ruining my shirt pants and shoes that I was wearing. I went inside filed a complaint with them and they went out and cleaned up the mess. They told me to leave my info so that the Manager could call me when he//she came in a couple a days.
I left my info and we went home I dont have insurance so didnt go to hospital.. I have called them a few times since the accident and still the manager has yet to come in and call me... So what Im thinking is the Gas Station is hoping I will just give up and move on but Im not going to. I'm wondering what I can do?
As they are legally liable for what happend to me.

Please keep in mind that I am just giving advice and by no means do I claim that this is the best solution only one of many. Though I seriously sugggest asking more poeple about this. It sounds like a serious issue. Gas spills are against the law. They're a fire hazard among other things and if you've watched enough movies you know what happens to gas stations near fire.
