Price and ToS changes

Hello everyone!
I have a couple of news:
- I have significantly increased the prices of all commissions. Due to various reasons in my life, I cannot continue to work at the old prices. All new prices are based on my time for each work.
- I also changed my ToS a little, in general, the essence remains the same, but I removed unnecessary things from it.
Thank you for your understanding and support!
UPD. In the future, I plan to open up simpler options for larger works, such as speedpaints and line references, they will cost less because they will take less time

FA+

$300 base price
+$200 for leathery wings
+$300 more for a complex nature background
for a total of $800 USD?
In the future I want to experiment with fast works, they will create an alternative to expensive works
I can understand the need to charge more for your work, but, and don't take this wrong but: I don't feel your presence is nearly popular enough to sell artwork at those prices. Unless a high paying commissioner happens to find you, people are just going to look elsewhere instead.
Like, I wanted to get artwork or a reference sheet from you when you opened but I guess that's not going to happen now :(
I realize it's very expensive, but considering how much time it takes to do such a detailed drawing (what you showed is an older example), draws too much effort for the lower price
For example, the last reference took me 212 hours, which is the pure working time when I touched the canvas with the brush
That is FAR longer than most artists I know of take to draw.
Regardless, it means you can practice your brush more and increase your efficiency in the future, and then maybe works will cost less.
Until then I hope this works out for you!
I had "wrongly" assumed the same of Sioorma, until they said how long their work progress took, and now their prices are completely justified in my eyes; their work is no less incredible either.
I only brought up the popularity point as it's very difficult to sell, even high quality art as this, at those prices without it. Not as a "boo high prices" but more as a "I'm concerned people won't buy from you". I've seen many talented artists fail to sell anything regardless of skill level and honestly... Wish people would buy from them.
Anyways, I know no one likes working a job that pays less than minimum wage. There was this one YCH I ab'd, and it STILL was less than 8 USD an hour, I didn't feel too good about it after the fact.
