Good to hear you're home! The hospital isn't a good place to rest and recover anymore, unfortunately... especially when the parade of doctors starts every morning with 5AM blood draws and 6AM doctors looking at lab results. :-/

It's so amazing to be back x3 They were decent, it was a rheumatology hospital, so they started at 6:30 with first meds and blood sampling, 7:30 breakfast, so not that bad ;) Most people we're absolutely well and healthy aside from hands or legs that weren't working.
The experience was pretty good overall :D

My last couple of hospital visits were .. well, the next to last one I was in for a month, while I tried to figure out why I had symptoms of pancreatitis, but couldn't 'see' anything on a scan. It turns out I don't make gall-stones, I make gall-gravel, which moves much slower than stones, and you can't see on ultrasound. The last time wasn't for as long, but was for the same reason. My enzymes were "off the charts" high when they tested. I was 'that guy' at the hospital. I was there long enough they had to call down a male nurse (ex-military) from oncology, to do IV starts, and later put in a PICC line. They started with the vampires at 5AM, parade of doctors at 6AM, and no meals for pancreatitis.

Oh my poor poor soul D: I am so sorry you had to go through this... And jeez.. Human body, eh? Glad you have it sorted out tho, hope this is the last time you'll have to deal with hospitals for a long, looooong time <3 *Hugs tight*

My leg started to swell, which at first I thought was due to straining. It was not, the swelling grew and started to show on the other ankle... Which are symptoms of a lung disease xD We got that after 3 weeks of clubbing doctors offices..

Well they dont make the Docs like they used to before, but well its atleast now out ^^.

I believe I was very lucky, the crew was amazing and super professional, thing was what I got was on the rare side

Me too, it was caught early so I'll just need to do checkups every once in a while :)

Excellent! Yes, much better to be aware of (and watching for) a potential issue than having something that's gone on too long and gotten to be much bigger and more serious.
