As for a time... It's a Saturday, and I don't think mom'll be home.
Sister should be out with friends.
So, whatever time you want to have people show up is fine.
I'm usually not awake until noon, so NOT before that.

And as for what time to leave, anyone that comes is welcome to stay as late as they like.
But the noise level will have to drop after midnight.
Now I gotta get crackin on cleaning the basement and rearranging everything so people will fit.
Also, have people bring things like snacks and treats if they want to eat, cuz I'm poor and don't have anything.
Got a stereo system so if they want to bring CDs, we can do that.
Even have a Karaoke Machine that I THINK works. Not sure though.
And if anyone has any multi-player Wii games, have them bring them, I have the system and four motes, just no multi-player games.

As for parking, it's a BIG driveway, you just can't block the right side door, that's where mom's car goes, so if anyone comes, park on the left hand side closer to the actual house.
If the driveway fills up, cars CAN park on the road.
Hell, it's a gravel road, and it's rarely used, we ARE the last house on the road.

It will be awkward if we don't get enough people going to it >.<;;
But yeah, I already said why I can't do it.
No transportation and no idea where this is happening is the main thing.
Then there's the whole middle school thing.
Not terribly comfortable hanging out with people that are going to be 10 or more years younger than I am.
Heck, the only reason I can go to the Halloween party is cuz it's at MY house.

There's that whole "Cover charge" thing.
I wouldn't be able to pay the 5$ to get in.
That and the transportation dilemma.
But do not park on the opposite side from the house...
This is rural country, and we DO get tractors driving by, yes even at night.
Gotta leave SOME room for the combines to go by.
And believe me, one guy around here owns one so HUGE it takes up the whole damn road.
